(Rites are not gained through XP. The Garou wishing to learn the rite must have the Rituals knowledge to at least the level of the rite wishing to be learned. He will then need to spend 1 week per level of the rite in study with the elder who knows the rite. After that time, the player will roll an Int + Rituals check @ diff 10- character's Int (a character with an Intelligence of 3 would need a 7 to learn the rite.) The number of successes is equal the level of the rite. If you fail, you have to wait a complete study period before rerolling. (3 more weeks for a level 3 rite.)
