Josh's hand is burned from the knife but other wise he seems fine.

" We will go after her. I'll call you if something changes. "

[Rinzen]

" Hand me that knife you pulled from Kilop. " Presuming you do so he looks back to Carlin. " If that wolf attacks I'll will really enjoy hurting him. I imagine you and the local spirits wont like this very much. "

-Don't be absurd boy." Rinzen snorts at Josh's comment.

He sums up once Josh is done with his "trick".
-"Right you take the tainted langren bitch Kilop and we get rid off the remaining mad ones. sounds good to me and I did promise you Blaargh's molars and you'll get them whether you want them any more or not."

-"I'd suggest you and us to be careful with Roach. There's no way knowing if his already forced through the dark maze by the time you or we encounter him... "

[Lilith]

Josh looks at Rinzen slightly confused by the dark maze comment.

" He seemed his usual self an hour ago. He did not attack me and mine and warned us of the danger we were in. I cant imagine he's decided to give up the good fight between now and then. Try to focus on your mission, one way or another I'll make sure Roach is returned to you. If he is beyond help I will leave it to all of you to deal with him. "

[Rinzen]

-"What must be will be. In the days of yore one could be turned back from it... But now, at this time, this place, when so much of old ways have been lost one could just as well jump over the moon. Death may well be the only cure left."

Rinzen comment somewhat melancholically.

[Steve]

"So, we're goin' after the chick from the Mayor's office and ya'll are goin' after where the hostages are. Well, lets syncronize watches and move."

All this standin' around is gettin' on my damn nerves. These fuckers could talk all damn day. No wonder they're loosin' their damn war.

[Lilith]

Steve:
Your tellin me. And that mutt is especially irritating.

Josh then turns and starts back toward their vehicles.

[Leah]

After Rinzen's last comment she approaches him causiously unable to think of him as anything but the cute little puppy he appears to be. If he lets her she'll gently scratch behind his ears for a second.

" You shouldn't be so sour and solumn all the time. If you have no hope, you have nothing left to fight for. Open your heart to kindness and there will always be hope and love to wash in. "

She then stands straight and looks at Carlin a moment. " Good Luck. "

She'll then follow her brother and hot headed boyfriend away from the group.

[Steve]

Steve follows Josh to the parking area. along the way, he finds himself playing with his Zippo and molding the flame into a crude shape of Kilop. Once the likeness is close, he snuffs the flame out and pockets the lighter.

"Her death is mine to issue."

The tone in his voice if final. Yeah, he's takin' it kinda personal now...

[Carlin]

"When you go to Staten avoid 'fresh kills' if you can, that place is tainted beyond belief and it will grant considerable help for someone like her" Carlin says as his good byes to Leah.

Once the trio has gone their way.
"Well that went in a reasonably civil manner if you only could rein in your curse when around people Rinzen."
"So lets get to business at hand and head for ellis island."

[Rinzen]

After Rinzen's last comment she approaches him cautiously unable to think of him as anything but the cute little puppy he appears to be. If he lets her she'll gently scratch behind his ears for a second.

when Leah approaches Rinzen gets wary at first but does allow her to pet him.

Once the trio has gone their way.

-"That timid she worries me... Her mate taste seems pretty bad, its like she's drawn to more dangerous types but she does smell nice."

[Lilith]

Litta smiles and gives Rinzen a squeeze whether he wants one or not. " I think you read her wrong. We have no idea what she's capable of, but we do know her weekness. Of course she is going to approach you slowly, you've been aggressive and angry each time we've met. One bite from you could kill her and she knows it, yet she still had the guts to walk up to you when her protection was already starting to walk away. You ask me, she's a very strong woman who faces her fears head on. And she does it with elegance. As for the other two, I'd say she's the ancor, I doubt they would be doing what they're doing if she weren't in the picture. "

Litta then jumps up and starts heading to Carlins car. " Well ya'll coming? "

[Rinzen]

-"Lets hope nothing bad happens to her then, and I wouldn't hurt her, she is the only nice one of the bunch."
Rinzen says and follows Litta.
